I was looking for a specific range of Villeroy & Boch tableware. I came across this company, and was initially a little wary of ordering from outside the UK. However, what a pleasant experience this has been. The online order worked easily and efficiently. Emails were sent in English immediately, along with updates about the order. I was sent the courier details with a link to the tracking information. The order arrived in a few days, in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the product, and especially pleased with the high quality service from this company. Highly recommended.

A week after I placed an order it was already delivered by Fedex (I am from the Netherlands), just before Christmas (when we needed some additional cuttlery). Nicely packaged and very responsive on emails (in English!). As we promised ourselves we would invest in expanding our cuttlery every anniversary (as we initially received a substantial part at our wedding) we will be coming back to this website for sure.

I bought a set of cutlery last year when I visited Frankfurt, Germany, and loved its quality and design so much since then. But I could not find any of those in any shops here in Brazil, so I have decided to order the same set as I brought home one year ago.. and I received exactly the same set even better than I expected quality and presentation vise. I ordered the set on Dec, 2nd and received yesterday, Dec, 10th. Excellent product and services. I will also recommend to my friends here in Brazil. Thank you very much !!!
