This cutlery is made from

18/10 high-grade steel in Germany. stainless steel is an alloy of steel, chrome and nickel which is used preferentially with quality cutlery. Chrome and nickel provide for the corrosion resistance and the softer shine which can be noticed on closer inspection. The steel of this cutlery includes 18% chrome and 10% nickel and is dishwasher safe and resistant against light acids and waters.

Picard & Wielpuetz Ventura can

be delivered with 2 different knife types: monobloc knives are made out of one piece of chrome steel free of nickel. With these knives no joint is visible between blade and handle. steel handle knives from Picard & Wielpuetz have a blade of special steel which is welded to a handle from 18/10 stainless. These knives are an inexpensive compromise with better blades than monobloc knives.. Picard & Wielpuetz Ventura in stainless is highly polished. The timeless cutlery meets all the wishes with the extent of his additional parts: from soup ladle to coffee spoon, from salad set to sugar tongs .
