The cutlery is made from 18/10

stainless steel with a silver plating . The silver is applied with a galvanic bath and is indicated in Germany usually in gramme for 12 forks and spoons, assumed with 24dm². In other countries such information predominantly is renounced. The surface is free of nickel.

Sambonet Ruban Croisé can be

delivered with 2 different knife types: Knives with a hollow handle have a blade of special steel which is clearly sharper than a blade from an simple chrome steel. The high-quality hollow handle knives are always composed from two parts, with this cutlery from the blade and the handle from silverplated. monobloc knives are made out of one piece of chrome steel free of nickel. With these knives no joint is visible between blade and handle. Sambonet Ruban Croisé in silverplated is highly polished. The classical cutlery meets all the wishes with the extent of his additional partsand is only deliverable in sets.
